Whereas, Chief Justice Brotherton has advised that he will be pleased to address a joint assembly of the Senate and House of Delegates at the convenience of the two houses; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Honorable William T. Brotherton, Jr., Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals, is hereby invited to address a Joint Assembly of the Legislature at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, the 20th day of January, 1994.
